On 21st of November master Paolo Bolaffio will held an intensive seminar (5 hours) of Neijia (Qi Gong, Tai Chi Chuan, Taiji Qiu and Jian Shu). The seminar will be held both, on line and face-to-face at the Makoto school in Triest (Italy).
